[IUG] Problems sending orders via Millennium ftp

Hi,

Has anyone encountered a problem with using Millennium's ftp to send
orders to their vendors (in our case, YBP and Ambassador Books)? Since
last December, we've had a hit-or-miss ordering process when doing this:
we can't predict when the file will go through and when it won't. This
week alone, one batch of 11 titles has been sent three times; only on
the third try did it finally get out. Our library systems folks are
working on the problem but if anyone out there has experienced this and
solved the problem (or at least found a work-around), please let me
know!
