We noticed this when we came up on 2007. Any one logged in many of the
book jackets will not display on either the briefcit page or bib_diplay.
It can be a patron or staff. The bibimage token on the briefcit or bib
display page does not pull in any book jackets at all. We are using
bookjacket and the new example set from last week is showing bookjacket
and not bibimage token. Did something change recently?

Hi Maureen,
We found that out staff could not see our Syndetic book jackets in our
bib display after logging in. This was because we had previously
experimented with a bib_display_p5.html page to control the bib record
display for logged in staff, and this additional bib_display page did
not have the <!--{bibimage}--> token in it for bringing in bookcovers.
So I would check that you do not have any bib_display_p?.html or
briefcit_p?.html form pages coming in to operation when people log in
that are missing this token.
Cheers,
Graeme

We have just discovered something strange and wonder if anyone can throw
any light on it. We have recently taken out a subscription to Syndetics.
A search in the library catalogue (before logging into My account) is
fine. Book jackets - where available - display perfectly. However if a
user logins into My account and does the same search the majority of
book jackets cannot be displayed - get the red cross. Before I report
this to Innovative or our technical people, I thought I would see if
any other sites have experienced this. This happens both on and off
campus
