[IUG] Email notices - sending notices pop-up window hangs...

We have just begun sending email notices.  When we click "Send Notices," 
a pop-up window for Millennium Notices appears with a message "Sending 
Notices."  This all appears to be normal, but wait!  The status bar goes 
about half way across the window and then the window hangs up.  It is 
hung forever until you click "Cancel."  The email notices are sent, but 
the pop-up just sits there until you click cancel.

Anyone seen this before?  If you have, please let me know of your 
experiences.  Especially if you've fixed it.  Thank you.
