We have allowed online renewals for several years and it has been quite popular.  We will be launching online holds this week, so it is too early to know how this will be received.  I don't have any testimonials per say, but we have had quite a bit of feedback from patrons who want the ability to do more things on their own and at times that are convenient for them.
