Thanks for those who pointed out that the token had to be flush with the left margin and
NO html coding. I'm getting my link now and go to the next page, which I'm now going to
work on. It shouldn't be difficult from here. Thanks, folks for the assistance.

Now it appears as if you have one blank before the token.

Thanks Lauren and Hong for your suggestions.

I have set up a pinreset_email.html file. The token is on a line by
itself.
When I put the normal html coding in it, THAT appears in the message as
well, but still no link.
My file can be seen from the outside at:
http://library.ccbcmd.edu:2082/screens/pinreset_email.html.

Any thoughts?

Make sure your file for the email has html coding in it and the token is
on a line by it's self. Mine looks like this:

Dear Library Patron,

to choose a new Password (PIN).

Note: if you are resetting your password, the requirements for the PIN

I'm setting up the "Forgot your PIN" function on our system in staging
and so far, I have things working
up to the point of actually sending the message. My problem is that the
message arrives with the
token in it for the pin reset link rather than the link itself. Anyone
have any ideas what I need to change?

Our server is at: http://library.ccbcmd.edu:2082 and staging is
available from the outside.

If you need a test user to try it with, I can give you one.
