Hi Steve,
We have that problem - can't display patroninfo page - but only for a
small number of patrons, and it may have started before release 2007 for
at least one of them. My post about this (with my original question and
my follow-up, including call tracking number) is at:

It sounds like your problem could be related, but not the same.

Hello IUG Listers,
I've got a weird problem that's arisen after we upgraded to release
2007. On machines running Windows 98 or 2000 and IE 6, our patrons
cannot login to their accounts online. In fact, they cannot even get to
'/patroninfo'-- our OPAC uses an SSL port for logins so our link to
'/patroninfo' is converted immediately to https. We think SSL is a
possible source of the problem, but to this point nothing has worked:
clearing the cache, cookies, etc. on these machines.
Has anyone seen this and have a possible solution? Many thanks in
advance.
