Bonnie,

Use the bib range to put the result in three or four or more review
lists. Record numbers increment by 1. So you can cut your 300,000
records in chunks of 60,000 or less. You create review files based on
that range and use the search criteria for items w/o cir.

Subject: [IUG] Create Lists Question

Oh Wise Ones:

For a library with the maximum number of 60,000 records possible in a
Boolean file (and a collection of over 300,000 items), how would we
construct a search for items (books) not having circulated at all during

the last 10 years?

We are scratching our collective heads.

Thanks for any input.

Bonnie
