AOL and Comcast have been known to put libraries and other companies on
their blacklists because significant numbers of their customers get sent
mail at the same time, looking a lot like spam. If that has happened,
you can try to contact them to be removed from their blacklist. I have
heard some say that occasionally it can be difficult to get blacklisting
revoked, or even confirm that you have been blacklisted, but not always.
