You need to edit the:

lax.command.line.args=

...line in the file c:\millennium\iiirunner.lax


I'd go with Steve's suggestion (versus changing shortcuts), but while you're there, instead of configuring for the IP address of the server, I'd use the hostname of the server. Configuring Mill clients to point to an IP address instead of hostname is just begging for more work down the road. (Unless, of course, you frequently change hostnames and the IP address remains relatively constant.)

Note that although the arg that Steve points to says "ip=", it will accept the IP address or the server name.

BTW, if your campus IT folks use something like LANDesk, they should be able to push out a change like this from the comfort of their cubicles.
