At least on 2006, the overrides are still only available in text based.
It's not "lost" to Millennium, it just hasn't made it there yet.
As for your second question, we have a copy of every email notice sent
in an email account that we set up just for that reason. This option is
available in your system options for circulation in text based (#76).
Add your saved email address where it says "e-mail CC address".

I am relatively new to Millennium circulation and am researching two
questions:
First, is the circulation overrides log accessible through milcirc? The
innopac manuals show this function as available from the Alter System
Parameters -> additional system functions menu, however it is not mentioned
in the Millennium manuals. Is this functionaliy lost in Millennium?
Second, am I correct that their is no way to view a history of specific
email notifications sent to an individual? It appears that the "notice
history" functionality described in the Millennium manual provides a record
of emails sent at a particular day/time/location, but provides no access to
the content of the notifications themselves. It does not appear there is
any way to retrieve a complete record of email notifications sent to an
individual. Is that correct?
