The FAQs for Research Pro on CSDirect state:

'What browsers are compatible with Research Pro?
Innovative recommends Internet Explorer 6 and above or Firefox 2 and
above. There are known issues with the Safari browser.'

So as you have found, the results do not display in Safari. Here at
Warwick I have put an issues box at the bottom of both our Simple and
Advanced Research Pro pages alerting users not to use the Safari
browser.

Our IE7 search results are OK.

Nor do our search results display using Safari.  I too am shocked!!  I'm
running version 3.1.

Our IE7 search results are fine.  The university is running IE
7.0.5730.11

We have just been upgraded to the 'Internationalised' version of
Research Pro, which I think is the most recent version.

We should lodge calls to the help desk en masse - maybe then they will
do something about it quickly!
