Although resource records maintained in ERM can display in the 
WebPAC, the WebPAC itself doesn't "go to ERM";  it just goes to the 
WebPAC.  Both of the "find articles" links point to your 
srchhelp_y.html file, but the files are not the same in staging and 
live.  (And in live you're going to srchhelp_y not srchhelp_Y---it's 
case-sensitive.)  Compare:

...to:

<http://coast.library.csulb.edu/screens/srchhelp_y.html>


You just need to copy the code for this file from staging to live.
