Re: [IUG] My Record Feeds subscription problem
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
We have been making My Record Feeds available to the public for a few
months and had been testing it since January this year.
It did use to work properly, with feeds appearing for all events.
Recently we seem to have stopped getting feeds for Items due in next 7
days, and Items due today, using the Internet Explorer 7 feed
functionality. Bloglines seems to have stopped all together, and Google
Reader does not seem to be being updated either.
Feeds in Microsoft Outlook are working ok, and Safari feed reader is
still getting feeds for those events.
We tried re-starting the Innopac server in case this made a difference,
but it hasn't. I would be grateful for any ideas for a solution, too
Regards
Lorraine

When we first set up My Record feeds in October 2007 the feeds worked
perfectly well both in browsers and in Google Reader and Bloglines.
However a couple of months ago we became aware that the feeds were not
working in Google Reader and Bloglines.
It would be helpful if some other libraries could confirm whether there
is a problem here, or if there is a solution.

I've been playing with the My Record Feeds feature in staging, and I can
subscribe to the Feed in a browser, but not using Google Reader or
Bloglines. Has anyone had any success with this? Am I missing something
obvious?
