Thanks for the reply. I was told by III that it was not a good idea to change dates already in use to be "closed," but it was unclear as to why or what the impact might be. Have you ever actually done this?

I would at least input the closed days if, for no other reason, to eliminate fines for those days (provided you don't charge fines for days closed).
