[IUG] Seeking a 'My Lists"-related customizable form

Hi all.

So I am experimenting with the new My Lists functionality.  I have customized the viewsaves_web.html page, and it now includes a link to "Save to My Lists" (may change the wording later).  When I click on that link I go to a page which I would like to customize.

Currently, it says "Save Records in Bookcart to a List", then shows the drop-down of available lists and a table with the saved records to place in a list.

One of the problems with that page, is I have not found a way to actually save the records to the selected list, as there is no submit button visible.  There is a submit button in the code, with the name "submithidden" and wrapped in a span with the style "display:none;"

You can see why I am trying to find and customize this.  But I can't find it in our manual.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
