We had this happen a couple times when we first started e-mailing. Never did
find the problem we think it was b/c I had added a bill notice on some long
overdue notices that didn't have e-mail in their patron record.
We've been e-mailing for 3 months now and don't get the error message
anymore than that first week.

We just went live on Millennium (2007) last week. We are having an issue
with notices. After sending about 40 emails (even though there can be
300-700 notices needing to be sent by email) we get a popup saying,
"Cannot Email to all patrons. Failures will be appended to the print
queue." Innovative support has not been able yet to identify the
problem. Has anyone had this issue and figured it out?
