I've talked to our programmer and he's making direct SQL calls on the
Oracle back end, massaging the information and then using the patron
update web service to load the information into Millennium.

Fred,

As you aren't using PeopleSoft for the Patron Update Web Service, can
you let us know what external data provider you are using? Where does
that other system get it's patron data?

Do you have a timeline for when you might be able to implement the Fines
Payment Web Service?
