I requested a clarification of this particular message and was told that the enhancement will appear in a patch to rel. 2007, perhaps even 2007 1.1.  I assume it just couldn't be debugged in time, and was holding up the rest of Rel. 2007.

The bizarre wording of the note (about which I have complained) is because nearly all the asterisked items apply to products with a limited install base.  This particular enhancement will be available to everyone, as soon as the patch is ready for general release.

In the meantime, this capability is still available in the character-based interface, when outputting from order records using "list some of the date in the review file records".

* This enhancement will be available to specific libraries during the 
Release 2007 timeframe. Innovative will contact participating libraries 
when the enhancement is ready for installation.
