Hi Steve,

We still on release 2006 and having same problem.

Patrons receive overdue notices of virtual ILL records dates years back.WE
DO NOT USE MILLENNIUM ILL AT ALL FOR YEARS. When looking into recordsstored
within ILL module, we find nothing.

We hae asked Help Desk (call number c1066551)
Where records of these notices are stored?
Can these records be deleted from our system sopatrons do not receive such
notices again?

We opened that call back in May 8th and waiting for an answer.

was returned a long time ago but it is still showing up on the patrons
record. When we type in the barcode to check it in, Millennium checks the
item in but then when you go back to the patrons record it is still checked
out. I've tried editing the record in cataloging but the changes are not
saved (no message why such as the record is in use or the like, just the
message "the record could not be updated") and with that I am stuck on what
to do next.> > We are on release 2007 1.0> > Any suggestions?> > Thank you,>
