Our percentages seem lower. For example yesterday about 900 calls were made
and about 50 were not successful. The fifty seems higher than usual to me,
even. We added two new libraries yesterday, that may have contributed. Over
time the bad data entry in the telephone field gets corrected from the
bounces. We have an 8 line setup with 20 of our 66 libraries using it for
both hold pick up and overdue.

My library started using Teleforms a year ago. On average, 20% of our phone
notices become unsuccessful TNS notices. I'm curious to know whether this
percentage is much higher than what others using Teleforms are experiencing.
