I think we need some more information Fred. How are they overlaying the
order record? Are they using the *ov=.oxxxxxx command? If so, what
happens when they put in ov=.oxxxxxx;cd=(whatever the format is- I
forget since we don't use it in the 949)
Not that it is any of our business but why would they want to overlay an
order record? If they are changing their mind about the bib attached and
want to download a different one from OCLC they could just use
recs=b;ov=.bxxxxxx to do that rather than a recs=bo and not worry about
the order record couldn't they? I can't figure out a reason for
overlaying an order, but it's been a while since I worked in
acquisitions.
