[IUG] WebPac Pro PIN Options

Hello,

 

I’m new to the Innovative system.  We have just upgraded to Release 2007, and I am working on editing/implementing the 07 example set to more easily utilize many of the release’s features.

 

2 questions:

 

1. I was under the impression that the “complex PIN” requirement was optional, and now we’re finding out that it is part of the new release.  Has anyone found a way to disable this option?  Can we customize the message, i.e. give patrons guidelines as to what is an acceptable token instead of “Your PIN is not complex enough to be secure. Please select another one.”? We’re still trying to determine if patrons with “simple” PINs are being asked to reset them.  

 

2. Also, I want to put the pinresetrequest token on our existing Webpac while I edit the example set.  Apparently I need 3 files for this to work: 

          pinreset_email.html 

          pinreset_request.html 

          pinreset.html 

I’ve searched the example sets, old and new, and cannot find the pinreset_email.html file anywhere.  Is this form generated by the token, or something we need to create from scratch?    

 

As background, right now the min_pin_length is set at 3, and pin_alpha_num and Pin_num_only are inactive.
