Does anyone using email notices also use a collection agency? Currently we are not using email notices - the library receives the notice and is able to include a letter about the collection agency with the bill notice, and also to create a paper record so that when it comes time to actually refer the patron to the collection agency, we are all set. Our system is planning to start using email notices, which will go directly to the patron. Does anyone know how to handle that with the collection agency?
