Aimee:
We just received a report similar to yours from a customer w/ Win98
and IE 5.5 that was suddenly unable to log into his My Millennium
account after we upgraded to 2007. General catalog searches seem to be
ok, but he can't access his account. The CSDirect FAQ "Recommended
Browsers for WebPAC" mentions IE 6 and above as acceptable, but that
FAQ appears to date back to Nov. 2006...
I'll be adding my call to yours at the Help Desk. I haven't had a
chance to track down all of the details of this report, but I would
imagine a browser and/or java update by the customer would take care
of the problem--not always an easy fix for those who are using dated
hardware/software or slow internet connections...

A troubleshooting question for 2007 integrated beta testers and other
early adopters out there -
We upgraded to 2007 general release integrated beta at the beginning
of
May and have recently had two reports - just two - of customers who
are
having problems logging on to My Millennium.
They both say that they were successfully logging prior to a week or
so
ago (which I interpret to be pre 2007) and have made no recent changes
to their settings. We have been running WebPAC 2007 as a product beta
for many months, so I am assuming that this is just since our
upgrade to
full general release.
One is running Windows XP a IE 6.0, the other is running Win 95 and IE
5.5. Since we are an XP/IE shop here and we have only two problem
reports it would not seem to be an issue with software versions. I
opened a call with Innovative and confirmed that the 2007 release
notes
did not include anything about ceasing support for particular software
or features.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue since upgrading to
2007? If
so please let me know. Thanks!
