[IUG] JSTOR New Platform

Hello,

 

I would like to ask for input from JSTOR subscribers since the new platform
implementation.

 

We have noticed that the database has been slow at times and sometimes we
get an error message about cookies (sorry I don't have the exact error
message text). Once we refresh the browser, the page displays correctly, but
slowly. 

 

We have updated our proxy table with the new IP addresses and asked
Innovative to clear the cache on our server but the problem remains. 

 

Has anyone experienced the same problem since the new platform
implementation? 

Have you had to configure your webproxy.patterns for this resource? 

 

I would greatly appreciate your input.
