Hi Teresa

Can you tell me how you get the note to display in the OPAC - this is
something that Leeds has wanted for a long time but we were told it
couldn't be done. With webpub.def, we thought we might be able to, but
there doesn't seem to be any control there for the on-order display
(order record isn't one of the record types listed as supported
according to the manual).

Thanks

Michael

Note - shows in the opac
Internal Note - shows in the order record for only staff to see.
Vendor Note - is a note for the vendor when you are ordering the item.

The order records in our system can contain three different
variable-length note fields:

Note (n)
Internal note (z)
Vendor note (v)

Is it possible to display any of these in the opac? Furthermore, can
one opt to display one but not the others? For example, 'note' but not
'internal note' or 'vendor note'.

If this isn't possible, why the distinction between 'note' and
'internal note'?
