Hi Eva,
We use AutoNotices . Only notices that you have set up to go automatically will. Others will print if you want to do them manually. You just check a box to set them up to auto.
We have had trouble with the courtesy notices in MilCirc. When we do them in Innopac for Windows, it sends the checked out items that are site owned. The virtual records (AKA Inn-Reach items are not included.) When we sent them for the first time from MilCirc, it sent the site owned items checked out and ALL the virtual items including requested, checked out, returned. It really confused us and the patrons. Since we only send courtesy notices twice a year, we probably will continue to sent them from Innopac as we know it works at least for our items.
If you want more information, please let me know. We can send you instructions that we follow for setting up OD, Fines, Pickup/Cancelation notices. Setting your notices for auto really saves a lot of time. :>
We like to print our paging and Inn-Reach slips as it is important to make sure that they are printing correctly.

Subject: [IUG] Auto courtesy notices
We currently do not have auto notices set up, but would like it set up
for courtesy notices only at this time. How would we do this? When I
look at the service commitments for auto notices, it doesn't look like
you can specify which ones. Also, what does the Notices Administrator
feature do?
Thanks,
Eva
