Eva,
We very recently did this. Turning on Notices Administrator allows
everyone to see all the notice jobs. I believe you need to turn it on
to control the auto notices. Then you choose which ones to run
automatically. As you set up each notice job, you choose if you want it
to run auto or manual.

look at the service commitments for auto notices, it doesn't look like
you can specify which ones. Also, what does the Notices Administrator
feature do?
