Leslie,
Are you trying to send records to OCLC? If so, then you need to contact
them to get a system ID and project number. I send deleted bibs to them
on a monthly basis and they assigned these to me before I could start.

Subject: [IUG] Using Scheduler to output MARC records
We are trying to test using Scheduler to output MARC records, but there
are 2 fields that have us stumped. Here's what the documentation says:
Originating System ID
Used for sending records to OCLC.
Project Identification
Used for sending records to OCLC.
Anybody know more specifically what is supposed to go into those fields?
I tried plugging in something just so the fields would not be blank, but
it didn't work.
