Remove whatever entry(ies) in your WAM table is(are) responsible for 
proxying the address of your catalog.  You can't proxy the proxy 
server.  If you need to proxy any hosts in the lvccld.org domain, 
you'll need to account for them in WAM in such a way as to exclude 
the ilsweb host.
