[IUG] BIP - Search My Library Link

We are again trying to get the Search My Library link in Books in Print
to work.  We received the z39.50 settings, which Monroe Public Library
used to get it to work for them. It's a step in the right direction but
we still have an issue.  It gives a 403 error with the following url

 

http://0-ilsweb.lvccld.org.ilsweb.lvccld.org/search/t?SEARCH=Spook+Count
ry  

 

 

When the first part of the URL is removed leaving
http://ilsweb.lvccld.org/search/t?SEARCH=Spook+County   it will display
results. 

 

Does any one know how to fix this issue?
