We have been using EZProxy since 2002.
It is a robust proxy server which was easy to set up and maintain.
Steve Zagar used to provide excellent customer service and pretty
decent documentation.
Now that OCLC has bought him out, I have not yet experienced their
customer service with this product.
My experience in other dealings with OCLC is that they tend to be
slow overall, being so big. You sometimes have to be persistent.
Although Steve Zagar had previously offered unlimited updates with a
single purchase, it looks like OCLC will be charging for updates and
other extensions of service.
Overall, an excellent product - we'll have to see how OCLC handles it.

We are curious how many of you are using EZ proxy and if so, how
successfully?
What kinds of problems have you had are they providing good customer
service, how reliable is the service and so on...?
Also what else are people using that is a competitive product to EZ
Proxy?
Thank you for your input!
