Whoops - it must be Friday ... and late in the day here. It should look
like:
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P#=PAT_CANCELALL

Yes, I had to repeat it for each PTYPE.

Two things:

1) So, in order to suppress it for ptypes 1 through 5 and 7, for
example, you would need it repeated for each one?
2) CANCELALL differs from the manual, where it looks like it should be
PAT_CANCELALL.
