With what value? It looks like it should be
SUPPRESS_OPTION=PAT_CANCELALL
but that did not see to work.
It's my understanding that for the suppress_option wwwoption to work
(for any button) when patrons are logged in, there needs to be a
wwwoption entry for each ptype in the system, e.g.,
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P1=PAT_CANCELALL
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P2=PAT_CANCELALL
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P3=PAT_CANCELALL
. . .

Thanks for another good idea.
I tried this one too, but I must be doing something wrong 'cause I
can't get the suppress_option to work.
Any chance your login has a ptype of 26 (which has an extra L at the
end of "cancel" in your wwwoptions):
. . .
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P25=PAT_CANCELALL
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P26=PAT_CANCELLALL
