I just checked and noticed that I had to add the PTYPE to the line. So
SUPPRESS_OPTION_P#=CANCELALL
If I recall, it didn't work without the PTYPE added.

With what value? It looks like it should be
SUPPRESS_OPTION=PAT_CANCELALL
but that did not see to work.
