Hello,
After reading the posts on the list I just checked our access and we too 
were encountering problems.
I have just changed the numeric ip address to the DNS address and this 
has immediately resolved the issue.
Thanks Terry for the solution and I am suprised that LC didn't make a 
more general announcement about this change of ip address.
