[IUG] Self-Checks print extra blank due slip

We are having an oddity with our due slip printing on the self checkout
machines. I was wondering if anyone has encountered something similar.

 

Our self-checks are setup to print multiple slips immediately with 9
lines between, and out receipt printer auto-cuts these. The self-checks
will print all of the due slips correctly as the patron scans items.
However, when our patrons press finish, there is an extra slip that only
contains our custom 2 line message and the 9 blank lines. I know this is
a minor issue, but it is annoying.
