Hello, all,
Colorado State University Libraries (CSUL) uses MediaWiki software (the
same as Wikipedia) to host both an internal and an external Wiki.

The Internal (staff) Wiki is used for many things, including III
procedure manuals. We currently have over 1,000 pages of content. Wiki
markup is easily learned and enables collaborative authoring. Many
staff have accessed or contributed to Wikipedia, so the software is
familiar. Our staff wiki is only accessible from staff computer IP
addresses. Staff members who want to add/edit the staff wiki from home
or while traveling use VPN and Remote desktop connection. I would be
very wary about opening any staff wiki to the world, due to the nature
of the content.

Our external (public) Wiki installation can be viewed here:

While the public Wiki content is viewable by anyone on the Web, only
CSUL staff with superuser privileges can create user accounts based on
need. Note that this Wiki hosted the conference site for SLA 2007, held
in Denver:
