I've used this for a number of training topics.
We also have http://libcat.uafortsmith.edu/screens/man_General.html for 
our manuals.

pbwiki is free and easy to use.  We started with it passworded for staff

only, but I opened it up so I could demonstrate for other libraries who 
might be interested.
