I believe it is the <!--{reslink}--> token. The manual page for
briefcit.html explains that it acts differently depending on whether you
have WebBridge or not. I have that link on my 2006Pro page, even though
I don't have the token in briefcit.html that I can see. It may have a
default behavior. Also, though the manual says it display the webaddress
image for us it displays the ebaddress image.

The code for the navrow and the two widgets is system generated.
