[IUG] Looking for Encore feedback

Greetings All.

The University of Mississippi Law Library is considering purchasing
Encore.  We are already using Millennium.  I am curious to hear any
feedback from the list regarding the use of Encore.  Has anyone run
usability studies with students?  What have your librarians, both
Public Services and Technical Services, thought of it?  I've heard
from at least one non-III school that Encore has problems with
serials. Any feedback, positive or negative, would be helpful at this
point.
