I would expect the following list of bib records, to work:

BIBLIOGRAPHIC LINKED REC exists to ITEM
AND ITEM Item Code 2 All Fields don't have "-"

But for some reason I get bibs with attached items that do have hyphens
in the ICODE2 field. I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the
"All Fields don't have" function.

Subject: [IUG] Identify when a bib record has only attached suppressed
itemrecords

Has anyone found a way to identify when a bib record has only attached
suppressed Item records?
In other words, I d like to create a review file (or a series of review
files) to produce a list of Titles where all attached item records
contain the ICODE2 value for suppression.

Problem:
KCLS has several branches closing and opening due to remodeling. We
suppress item records for branches that are closing then manually
unsuppressed them at the branch opening. When a Bib contains only item
records for closed branches, the bib record appears in OPAC as Naked Bib
(bib with no item records) because all item records are suppressed.
Patron are angry because we cannot identify this scenario of Naked Bibs
and also manage the suppression of the Bib record from OPAC.

KCLS would like to be able to manage suppression of Title/Bib records
for the scenario above where all item records are suppressed on the
parent Bib but do not know how to identify the appropriate parent Bib
records with the tools provided by III.

I can easily identify the desired records by exporting review files,
determining differences, and then coming up with a final list of Bib
numbers. But we have no way to import the bib-nums back into a Review
File.
