[IUG] Acq and PO

Good Afternoon,

Last week I posted a message in regard to our Local PO Number appearing on our status reports and invoices instead of the III generated number. Thanks to all the responses I received, and the help of Jeff Daniels from Baker and Taylor and Rita from III we have finally been successful. Baker and Taylor did some mapping on their end and III created a Local PO # variable field of "l" in the order record which then had to be added to our marc load table as subfield "j". As long as the Local PO is passed to Baker and Taylor in the RFF ON segment it seems to work fine. (III has to set this up).

We have to add a 961 subfield j Database Element PO Name to our marc profiles, so far so good.
