http://activestate.com has a free, easy to install Perl for Windows. It
comes with "Perl Package Manager" which is a module (library) browser and
installer with a GUI interface. Very easy to use. You could install it on
your Windows workstation if you have access to install software. I do most
of my Perl work on my workstation.
