[IUG] IUG 2008 local arrangements desk - please help!

IUG 2008 is just over a week away - your plans are made, you've had a
chance to review the final program

and spring has sprung in Washington, DC.  For those of you visiting from
out of town, I hope that your travel is safe and uneventful.  If you
have questions about the area, please see the local arrangements page

local arrangements desk once you arrive.

 

For the local folks in the Metro DC area, I'm hoping you (or your
colleagues or your staff) might be available to help staff the local
arrangements desk for an hour or two (or more) during IUG.  Please take
a look at the current schedule

arrangements desk, and let me know what shifts you'd like to work.  I'm
certain that the shifts will fill up quickly, so get those requests in
early.  Assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis.
