You might be interested in joining us at a Birds of a Feather session at the IUG Conference.  Anyone who has or is interested in RFID or AMH (automated materials handling) is welcome to come and share their experiences, ask questions, and offer tips.

Our library is currently converting our collection to RFID using Bibliotheca tags.  We will be using Millennium Express Lane for our selfchecks.  Others will be there who are using or are interested in using other brands.

I will be attending the IUG conference and have a few days after the
conference during which I would like to visit libraries that are using
RFID technology. Okay, call me weird... but as we are looking to
implement RFID at our colleges, I would love to talk to libraries that
are running either 3M or Bibliotheca RFID systems.



If you are using RFID, Millennium, are located anywhere between D.C. and
Montauk Point, Long Island, have a couple of hours to spare, and are
willing to share your RFID experiences and expertise, please contact me
