[IUG] Teleforms and Interrupt Messages

Has any of you Teleforms customers seen this problem, and if so can you shed some light on it and/or tell me whether there was a fix for it?

We went live with Teleforms recently and some of our calls go to status "incomplete" with result "interrupt". A lot of these patrons receive successful calls and the occasional "interrupt", but at least one patron gets "interrupt" for every single call. She says it happens this way, and I heard it do it one time: Her phone rings and her caller ID says it's us; she picks up the phone and says "hello" and she hears nothing; the time I saw & heard it happen on the Teleforms machine, as soon as she said "hello" the call disconnected and the status and result got set to "incomplete" and "interrupt". I didn't hear any tones that could have caused that.

I saw in the archive that someone in Milwaukee reported this problem in 2006 but I didn't see anything about a solution.
