Donna,
Who provides your Outlook email service? Ours is provided by our
corporate IT dept - who recently introduced mail filtering for us. This
meant that lists of books with inappropriate titles got held back in the
filter (for us anything with murder in it would get held back - which
counts for a large % of what we buy). We frequently have to chase our IT
dept for titles lists that we know we should have received, but we
cannot get around this problem. I wonder if you are in a similar
situation?
regards
