[IUG] fts mail

I have a question about fts mail. Our scenario is this:

We create a list of order records in create list, and then we want to
e-mail that list to a vendor. We use the 'list' feature in create list
to e-mail it to ourselves first to do a check before we send it on to
the vendor, via e-mail. Our problem is this, sometimes, the e-mail never
comes from millennium to our Outlook e-mail. Sometimes it shows up 6
hours later. We're trying to pin down where the problem actually is,
within millennium or if it is with our Outlook e-mail. Sometimes when it
doesn't show up at all in our Outlook e-mail, we send it to our personal
e-mail and it will show up right away. So, we're trying to troubleshoot.
