That is encouraging, but I have 2 questions:

1) Have you disabled text based printing, and enabled graphical printing, for receipt printers as the manual suggests?

2) Are you printing 2 types of custom hold slips (#1 and #4 as you reference below ) or is one of these a transit slip? The manual also says you can choose only one of the 5 options for custom hold slips?

We will most definitely pursue this option, as I was concerned about how we would address workflow and equipment if we had to put page printers at all the stations we discharge materials.

Hi Leo,

We have about 25 Star TSP 743 thermal receipt printers from which we print due date slips and hold slips. Innovative turns on the custom hold slip option for you and the hold slips print. We use slips #1 and 4, with no graphics--but they look fine and get the job done.
